Introduction to Project Management is the first of three courses comprising the Project Management Certification program. Each course can be completed in just 8 weeks, so you can complete the program in as little as 24 weeks.

You will acquire the various tools you need to create a detailed project plan, develop a Work Breakdown Structure, and to communicate effectively and authoritatively with stakeholders. In addition, by the end of Introduction to Project Management, you will have mastered the Triple Constraint Triangle and its impact, state-of-the-art project management software, as well as the latest planning and control methodologies, including: Gantt Charts, PERT, CPM, Resource Leveling, and Earned Value.
